Help your toddler have a 10 hour+ night, in their room, on their own, and love bedtime again.
This is for you if:
You have a child who is 19 months-5 years of age
You want to ELIMINATE early morning wakings (before 5 am)
You want them to thrive in their independence by sleeping and STAYING in their own room and bed all night
You want your child to be able to FALL ASLEEP INDEPENDENTLY at naptime and bedtime
You want bedtime routines you can actually enjoy
You want to see them enjoy a full night's sleep without any wakings

"Mica was great! She was very informative on toddler sleep behavior and her sleep plan really helped us help our toddler improve his independent sleep skills. We went in knowing that it was going to be a challenge, but understood that if we stick to it, it would be so good for our whole family to get more quality sleep. She was very supportive, encouraging, and helpful throughout our whole plan."
Therese + Warren D. from S. CA (Parents of 2.5 year old)
"We couldn’t be more grateful for Chelsae and her support with our toddler’s sleep skills! She gently guided us in helping our son gain the skills he needed to fall asleep without us in the room, and helped us work through night wakings and early morning wakings. We are confident in his sleep skills now, and we have a huge bag of tools to help him if we hit any bumps in the road. We couldn’t have gotten to this point without her constant support, knowledge, patience, and confidence in our son and in us. I wish we would’ve worked with her earlier…we are so happy to have a rested family!."

"We saw success in just the first week. It was more than a sleep plan, it brought a little order back to our home at night and our child is now sleeping through the night, in his own room, independently. We're getting rest and the time we need for the first time in 4 years."
- Jodi (mom of 4-year old)

NOPE! The Cry-it-out (CIO) method suggest your child cry for extended long periods of time, alone and without response till the next morning. A modified form of Cry-it-out is also called Ferber where you leave your child in their room, and come in for timed checks in the first few days. That's not the vibe around here! Our methods are designed for your child's age and personality. Our 4-step process aligns your child's biological sleep rhythms to build natural sleep pressure and guiding them to independent sleep naturally. We then apply our responsive sleep training method where we have families in the room, and "coach" their child to sleep including voice response and touch.
However, it's important to understand that CIO doesn't mean there won't be some tears. It's how your baby protests change, but we encourage being responsive the whole way through.
We often ask families, what they want to accomplish and we're usually able to provide so much more.
Imagine being confident that when you finish a nap or bedtime routine, you'll be able to lay your child down (knowing they feel safe) and you are able to walk out and they fall asleep...within minutes...EVERY DAY...
Your child will wake every 2-3 hours, but will mostly roll over and fall back asleep and consistently for 11-12 hours at night. Naps are more predictable and help your child feel good about the day...happy and rested. This is what we strive for!
Families often ask if there will be crying. While we do not do gradual checks, cry-it-out, or actually have you leave the room, we will be changing your child's routine. It will be different, and though we will be responding and intervening, there will likely be tears as your child learns to see the new routine as familiar. With our approach, however, where we work on natural factors of sleep first, many of our families see success the first night from time of bedtime to time asleep between 15-30 minutes. NOTE: This isn't ALL of crying <3.
However, regardless of the time, we aim to be responsive, encourage with intervention, and work to build foundations before sleep training to reduce crying and get you to your sleep goals in just 3 days.
